HOW IT WORKS

The commission process begins with an in depth consultation with me. This can take place virtually or in your home.

During our consultation we will discuss your inspiration and any messages, beliefs, or experiences you would like expressed in the art piece. Once that is established, we will discuss the desired size of your piece, where you’d like to hang it, colors you are drawn to, your overall design style, and your budget.

After the consultation I will prepare a detailed proposal and mood board for your review. Due to the very personalized and hands on nature of the design consult and proposal, this service is $250 and is non-refundable. Should you decide to move forward with the commission process, the design and consult fee will be credited towards the project.

My simple and straight forward pricing formula is $3 per square inch for pieces 144 square inches and smaller and $2 per square inch for pieces larger than 144 square Inches. Shipping and framing options will be discussed during your consult and included in the proposal.

Once the proposal has been modified as needed and final approval has been given, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project cost (minus the design and consult fee) will be due. The final 50% will be collected once the final work has been approved by the collector via photos or a video call.
